What is the water tank?
The water tank is a container located below your humidifier fan. It is responsible to hold water, which the humidifier fan could use to increase the humidity. Humidity plays a crucial part in mushroom growth, so it is important to ensure the water needs, and to fill the water tank regularly.
How to fill the water tank?
Use your refilling cup to fill the water tank with clean water up to the recommended maximum level of 400 ml / 13 oz. Overfilling can lead to spills that may damage the device. It’s also essential that the equipment used for refilling is kept clean to prevent contamination.
How to empty the water tank?
In order to empty the water tank, please follow these steps:
If you have an ongoing cultivation, please stop it by selecting the ongoing cultivation in the Shrooly app, then select the "Stop cultivation" button. If you started the cultivation on your device, please tap the "Stop cultivation" button at the top of your Shrooly.
Remove one of the device's doors to access the inside of your Shrooly. If you have a Pod inside, please take it out
Remove the humidifier fan
Use your filling cup to remove water from the water tank
Wipe out the remaining water with a sponge
