Enabling camera access for the Shrooly app is required to use this feature
What is a Pod QR code?
Once you want to start a new cultivation the app requests you to scan the QR code that you can find at your Pod.
How to scan the Pod QR code?
Step 1
Open your Shrooly app
Step 2
Click on "Start a cultivation"
Step 3
Choose your preferred cultivation recipe
Step 4
We have selected Yellow Oyster as an example
Select the "Check your Pod" button
Step 5
Select the "Scan QR code" button at the bottom, then select "Ok"
Step 6
The app opens your camera where you can see a white square, please navigate your camera to your Pod's QR code in order to scan it
Step 7
You're all done and ready to start your cultivation!
Why is this useful?
Scanning the Pod QR code gives you access to official Shrooly cultivation programs. With this feature you can ensure that you always start the cultivation program that is needed for the specific mushroom that you're growing.
How many times can I scan a Pod's QR code?
Each Pod's QR code can be scanned up to three times.
