Direct exposure to sunlight can harm mushroom growth and cause overheating of your device. Instead, position your Shrooly in a shaded or sheltered area to avoid direct sunlight. A shady corner or a spot away from direct heat sources would provide ideal conditions for optimal growth.

Find a place that has a temperature that is within the range specified on the Pod’s packaging. Avoid extremely hot or dry spots.

Ensure the device is placed on a level and stable surface, such as a table or countertop, to prevent any accidental spills or imbalances.

Place the device in a spacious room with regular airflow to promote healthy mushroom growth. Avoid confined spaces such as cupboards or wardrobes, and always make sure that the device has access to sufficient oxygen.

Keep your Shrooly away from air conditioners or fans, as poorly maintained units may contain microbes that could reduce cultivation success rates.

Your Shrooly features two transparent doors, providing an exceptional viewing experience. While you can access Shrooly from both sides, the display and buttons are designed for primary control from one direction.

Take out the power supply from the package and plug the barrel jack into its socket on the lower right side of your Shrooly.

Ensure that your power supply’s plug type is compatible with your local socket and plug the power supply into the main electrical outlet. Once connected, a small indicator will light up near the barrel jack confirming that your Shrooly is receiving power.

The European model comes with two distinct plug types. Make sure you select the appropriate plug from the two provided options to match your local socket.
