When will I receive my Shrooly and Pods?

Your package was handed over to the courier between May 21 and May 22. The expected shipping time is 2-5 days, depending on your location, so you can expect to receive your parcel approximately between May 23 and May 28.

If you need help tracking your parcel, feel free to reach out to us using the "Contact Support" feature in the Shrooly app, and we'll be glad to assist you.

Will I receive the final version of Shrooly?

Yes, the Shrooly device you'll get is exactly the same as the one we'll officially launch. There might be some minor tweaks in the packaging and labeling, but these are really insignificant and won't affect your Shrooly's performance at all. Here's what's changed leading up to the official launch:

  • We've fine-tuned the cardboard insert to securely hold the accessories during transit.

  • We've made some adjustments to the information on the rating label, mostly to comply with EU regulations.

  • We've added extra protective packaging to the user manual to prevent it from creasing.

In terms of software, you'll receive devices with the latest available version, and we regularly release updates. Some features might be disabled during the program, like QR Code validation on Pods, but don't worry, you'll be able to upgrade to new versions as they become available.

Will I receive the final version of Pods?

You'll be getting our newest Pods, straight out of our production facility. This batch is the first one made in larger quantities, so there might still be a few kinks to iron out from the scaling process, mostly impacting the shape and the packaging of our Pods. While we've begun testing these new Pods for cultivation, we're still in the midst of validating them. Our approach to developing Pods is a lot like software development—constantly tweaking and improving. In addition to experimenting with pod compositions and researching the best mushroom strains for Shrooly, we're also working on cultivation programs that fine-tune humidity and CO₂ levels for optimal mushroom growth. These programs will be updated continuously to ensure the best possible results.

How many times can I use my Pods?

Once you've harvested your first flush, you can attempt a second flush, though there's no guarantee of success. To try growing mushrooms again, simply follow the instructions on the spray bottle label:

I’m out of Pods, how can I get new ones?

Unfortunately, during the Early Access Program, you cannot order new Pods or receive the ones you've previously ordered. Your existing orders will be delivered at the same time as those from customers not in the Early Access Program. We are currently working on the logistics for Pods and setting up an online store at shrooly.com/pods for placing new orders. Feel free to check back to see if it’s already available.

Will you send me a new Pod if the ones I got fail?

Currently, we are unable to send you a new Pod if the ones you received with your Shrooly are defective. The Pods you received are from a limited batch specifically allocated for the Early Access Program. We sent you two Pods so that you have a replacement available in case one of them fails. We do not have enough stock at the moment, and we are still developing the online system to fulfill existing Pod orders.

I want to replace the wick or HEPA Filter. Can I get replacement parts?

Currently, we cannot send replacement wicks or HEPA filters to match the replacement recommendations described in our relevant Help Center article. Just like with future Pod orders, we're in the process of setting up a new system for purchasing these accessories. By the time of our official launch, you'll be able to find these accessories at shrooly.com/accessories.

Will my order be considered fulfilled if I participate?

Device

Yes, your device order (one device) will be considered fulfilled, and it comes with a warranty, just like the ones delivered after the official launch. Should any hardware issues arise with your Shrooly, we can replace it around the time of the official launch in early July.

Pods

No, your Pod order will not be considered fulfilled. The Pods you've received during the Early Access Program are completely free of charge and are not part of your original order. Since these Pods are just samples and provided free of charge, they do not come with a warranty, and there is no guarantee that your flushes will be successful.

How about the compensation promised earlier?

You will receive the compensation for the delays as promised, based on your order ID. You can check the details of the compensation here:
