How to Redeem Your Pod Credits as the Final Step Before Fulfilling Your Order

Important note

Please note that this guide only applies for backers and customers who have contributed or purchased during the crowdfunding and preorder phase.

To complete your order, the last step is to redeem your previously purchased Pod Credits and exchange them for actual growing Pods. We’ve already sent you an email with instructions, so please click the button provided in that email or create an account here:

Once you’ve logged into your account on the customer dashboard, you’ll see a large button that will lead you to the Pod claiming dashboard. Here, you can redeem your Pod credits and pay any associated shipping fees.

Important Note on Pod Shelf Life

Please be aware that the shelf life of the Pods is limited. As a general guideline, we recommend keeping 2 growing Pods per Shrooly device each month. You can track your remaining Pod Credits in your customer account dashboard, which will also allow you to claim new mushrooms once your current supply runs out.

Steps to Redeem Your Pod Credits

Step 1 – Create a Customer Account

Once your account is set up, you'll be able to view the AnyMush and Standard Pod Credits you have already purchased.

Step 2 – Browse and Select Pods

In your account, you can explore the various mushroom species we offer. To make your decision easier, we've marked some species as "Recommended for first grow".

Step 3 – Review Your Order Summary

After selecting the Pods you need, you’ll be presented with an Order Summary, including the estimated shipping fee for the Pods.

Step 4 – Redeem Your Pod Credits

During checkout, be sure to select the number of credits you want to redeem. If you plan to redeem both Standard and AnyMush Pod Credits at the same time, please note that you will need to do this in two separate sections. The full price of the Pods will be displayed by default, so don't forget to apply your credits to adjust the total.

Step 5 – Provide Shipping Details and Payment

Finally, after redeeming your Pod Credits, you’ll need to enter your shipping address and payment details to cover the shipping fee.

By following these steps, you'll be able to smoothly redeem your Pod Credits and complete your order. We can’t wait to provide you with an incredible mushroom growing experience!
